The Lindagrace Women’s Empowerment Desk provides practical, tailored support for women and young women seeking to strengthen their livelihoods, develop entrepreneurial skills and build sustainable income opportunities.

Participants can access support in areas such as:

  • Entrepreneurship & Business Development
  • Financial Literacy & Money Management
  • Digital Skills & Online Business
  • Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Vocational & Employability Skills
  • Personal Development & Confidence Building

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

PHASE 1: GROUP TRAINING

  • Practical workshops and skills sessions
  • Identify personal, business and livelihood gaps
  • Learn practical tools for income generation
  • Build confidence and financial management skills

PHASE 2: TAILORED IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

  • One-on-one mentoring
  • Personalised business/livelihood guidance
  • Support to develop an action plan
  • Follow-up and accountability sessions

WHO CAN APPLY?

Women and young women who:

✓ Want to start or strengthen a small business
✓ Need practical skills to increase their income
✓ Are interested in entrepreneurship or vocational training
✓ Want to improve their financial management
