Sexual and reproductive health is an important part of growing up, building healthy relationships, and caring for your body.
At Lindagrace Care, we create safe and respectful spaces where young people, parents, caregivers, and educators can access accurate, age-appropriate information about puberty, relationships, reproductive health, personal safety, and wellbeing.
Our approach is centred on education, dignity, responsibility, respect, and informed decision-making.

Our Approach
We believe young people deserve information that is:
Age-appropriate β presented according to the developmental stage of the young person.
Accurate β based on reliable health and educational information.
Culturally sensitive β designed with the Ghanaian context and communities in mind.
Respectful β recognising the dignity and worth of every young person.
Safe β creating spaces where questions can be asked without shame or humiliation.
Values-conscious β encouraging responsibility, respect, healthy decision-making, and positive relationships.
For Young People
You don’t have to be embarrassed about having questions.
Growing up can come with questions about your body, emotions, friendships, relationships, puberty and reproductive health. Our programmes provide a safe place to learn, ask questions, and develop the knowledge and confidence needed to make responsible choices.
For Parents & Caregivers
Talking to children about puberty, relationships and sexual health can sometimes feel uncomfortable.
We help parents and caregivers learn how to start these conversations, what to say, and how to respond when young people ask difficult questions.
Our Programmes
Lindagrace Care is developing educational programmes, workshops and resources for:
- Adolescents and teenagers
- Parents and caregivers
- Teachers and youth workers
- Churches and community groups
- Schools and youth organisations
Programmes may include interactive sessions, videos, guided discussions, question-and-answer sessions, educational resources, and parent engagement activities.
A Safe Space for Questions
There are no βstupidβ questions when it comes to understanding your body and growing up.
Our goal is not to encourage young people to rush into adulthood. It is to ensure that they have the knowledge, confidence and support to navigate adolescence safely and responsibly.
